Scholarship Money Available
Student Special!
We are offering scholarships to the next 20 applicants, per apartment (one scholarship per apartment). If you are a student, call the office at 707-822-4557 to inquire with the Manager. You will receive $500 for school if you sign a 6-month lease, $1000 if you sign a 12-month lease! This is a limited-time offer so act fast. 🏃 We love our students and are grateful to back your success!

Major Announcement!
Pets are now allowed at your rental with Strombeck Properties. Simply contact our office if you'd like to include your furry friend (at $75/month) in your apartment, either with a new lease or an existing one. We'll see to it that you both stay warm and dry this winter!
