Construction crew at Westwood Garden
Our most active property is undergoing a 3-phase new construction project! We are expanding our 60-unit complex to include
several new 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartments. We are expecting that these spaces will be move-in ready by
mid-August, just in time for Fall semester! Phase I (32 units) will be ready for tenants to hold by mid-June so keep your eyes peeled on this page or call for updates!
Living Room and Kitchen
The contemporary units at
Westwood Garden will be outfitted with new appliances including dishwashers and microwaves! Each apartment will feature attractive wood tones with 6-panel doors, laminate flooring and countertops. Sliding glass doors will let in plenty of natural light. 🌞
Bedroom
is located within walking distance of Cal Poly Humboldt! There will be downstairs and select upstairs units in the first phase, all with off-street or carport parking. Each unit will have an outdoor patio or a second-story balcony. Pets are not allowed.
Microwave and Stove
is in the Alliance neighborhood, which is a nice convenient residential area with groceries and good coffee close by. It is a great housing option for students, with coin-op laundry available on site. Once the paint dries, these apartments – the newest in Humboldt – will be yours for the taking! 😊

Upstairs spaces will rent for $1195/month and downstairs spaces $1150/month. Select upstairs apartments
with washers & dryers will rent for $1295/month. Security deposit will be equal to first month's rent. Water and garbage will be paid for you! These rentals will fill up fast so consider holding a brand new apartment at
