Scholarship Money Available
Student Special!
We are offering scholarships to the next 10 applicants, per apartment (one scholarship per apartment). If you are a student at Cal Poly Humboldt or College of the Redwoods, call the office at 707-822-4557 to inquire with the Manager. You will receive $500 for school if you sign a 6-month lease, $1000 if you sign a 12-month lease! This is a limited-time offer so act fast. 🏃 We love our students and are grateful to back your success!

Major Announcement!
Pets are now allowed at your rental with Strombeck Properties. Simply contact our office if you'd like to include your furry friend (at $75/month) in your apartment, either with a new lease or an existing one. We'll see to it that you both stay warm and dry this winter!

Opening and closing hours
Our office will be slightly short-staffed until March, and as such we will have slightly reduced hours until then. Effective 1/26 our new office hours will be 10am - 4pm (closed 12pm - 1pm for lunch). We will be happy to assist you with your rental needs during this timeframe, until we have our team back! 😊 We appreciate your patience during this temporary reduction and will be monitoring the phones, emails, and Online Maintenance Form as expected.
