I, am paying $300 to hold the apartment located at until it is available to move into. I agree to call the office no less than one week before my planned move-in date for an update of the apartment. Availability dates on the rental list are approximate and subject to change up to, but not limited to one week.

I understand this money is holding the above apartment while my application is being processed. If I am approved it will be put towards the total move-in cost and the apartment will be held in my name until it is vacated and cleaned. If I put the apartment on a hold then back out of renting the apartment, the $300 will be forfeited. I understand that when the apartment is ready I will be promptly notified and I will be responsible to pay rent as of the notification date, regardless of the actual move-in date. Keys must be picked up at Strombeck Properties office. I understand that once I am notified of my apartment's available date, I will need to plan to come to the Strombeck Properties office to pick up my keys between the hours of 9:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. I understand that if I am not approved, my $300 will be refunded. However, if I am approved and choose not to take the apartment, I will forfeit my $300.
